What we collect

Only if you tick the box for the weekly tips: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. We also keep the guide you asked for, the date, and the link you came from.

Why

Only to send you Penny's weekly checked tips, if you ticked the box and confirmed your email: we send one email with a confirmation button, and tips start only after you press it. The guide downloads on the page and you do not need to give your email to get it. If you send the form without the box, we keep nothing, and if your email was already on the list, you are taken off the tips. We do not sell your information.

Who helps us run this site

We use Cloudflare to run this site, store its data and check our form with Turnstile, and Resend to send our emails. They handle your information only to do that work for us. When you play a video on a guide page, the YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com) loads from Google and receives your IP address and device details.

How to leave the list

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us (see below) and we will remove you and delete your data.

YouTube API Services

Ampulheta Studio uses YouTube API Services to manage its own YouTube channels, such as Penny After 60. This section explains how the tool works. Only the channel owner can sign in to this tool. It is not offered to the public, and visitors of this site are not asked to sign in with Google or YouTube.

By using the channel and this tool you are also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

What data from YouTube we access and keep

Only data about our own channel and our own videos: the sign-in tokens of the channel owner's Google account (an access token that expires quickly and a refresh token), and the IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, publish times and public statistics (such as view counts) of our own videos. We never see or store the owner's Google password.

How we use it, and who sees it

Only to upload our own videos, schedule them, update their text, add thumbnails and captions, and read how our own videos perform. Every publication is approved by a person first. We do not sell, rent or share YouTube API data with anyone. Titles and descriptions of our own videos may be sent to AI tools we use to draft text. Sign-in tokens and personal information are never sent to those tools.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Tokens are kept only as long as the access is active, and stored data from the API is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. If the channel owner removes access, we delete the stored tokens and API data within 7 days. You can ask us to delete data at any time by writing to the contact below.

How to remove access

The channel owner can remove this app's access at any time in the Google Account permissions page, or from inside the tool, which revokes the token with Google and deletes the stored data.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The check on our form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the sign-in used by our team may set the technical cookies they need to work.
